Refund & Cancellation Policy

At PayZaaP: Mobile Recharge Free Cashback | Bharat Bill Payment | FasTag, LIC, Loan Pay, Gas Booking (“PayZaaP”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we value your trust. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds are processed for transactions carried out on our Platform (website, mobile app, chatbot, or other services).

1. General Terms

All transactions initiated through PayZaaP are processed in real-time and are non-cancellable once successfully completed.
Please ensure all details (such as mobile number, account number, UPI ID, biller details, etc.) are correct before confirming a transaction.
PayZaaP does not take responsibility for incorrect details entered by the user.

2. Refunds for Failed Transactions

If your account is debited but the service (recharge, bill payment, etc.) is not delivered, the transaction will be automatically reversed.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 3 to 7 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
In case of delays, please contact your bank with the transaction reference number provided.

3. No Refund Cases

Successful transactions (where service is delivered) are not eligible for refund or cancellation.
PayZaaP is not liable for losses caused due to wrong details provided by the user (e.g., wrong mobile number, DTH ID, account number, UPI ID, etc.).
Payments once processed towards insurance, loans, FasTag, utility bills, etc. cannot be cancelled.

4. Double Payment / Excess Debit

If your account is debited more than once for the same transaction, the extra amount will be refunded automatically within 7 working days.
If not credited within this period, please raise a support request with PayZaaP along with transaction details.

6. Liability

PayZaaP is only liable to refund the transaction amount in cases of failure or excess debit.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, NPCI, or network failures.

7. Changes to Policy

PayZaaP reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our Platform and shall become effective immediately.
