By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
By registering, you confirm that all information provided is true and accurate.
2. Services Offered
PayZaaP provides payment gateway and financial services including but not limited to:
Mobile/DTH Recharge
Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS)
FasTag recharge
Loan repayment, LIC premium, Gas booking
Money transfer, AEPS, and UPI-based payments
3. User Responsibilities
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials, PINs, and OTPs.
Provide accurate KYC information as mandated by RBI/UIDAI/other regulators.
Do not use the Platform for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring sufficient balance in your account before initiating any transaction.
4. Transactions
All transactions are processed in real-time subject to system availability and regulatory approvals.
PayZaaP is not responsible for delays due to bank/network issues or force majeure events.
Transaction once successful cannot be reversed unless specifically allowed by the concerned bank or NPCI rules.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds will only be processed in cases of failed transactions where money is debited but not credited to the beneficiary.
Refunds are subject to confirmation from banks/payment gateways and may take 3–7 working days.
No refund will be provided for successful recharge/bill payments.
6. Fees & Charges
PayZaaP may charge service fees for certain transactions. Any applicable charges will be displayed before confirmation of the transaction. Taxes as per law may also apply.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Limitation of Liability
PayZaaP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
We are not responsible for issues caused by banks, telecom operators, NPCI, or third-party service providers.
Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the transaction amount in dispute.
9. Suspension/Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
Fraudulent activity is detected.
You violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
Required by regulatory authorities.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
11. Changes to Terms
PayZaaP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our Platform, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
